"Full washed" treatment method
After picking, the cherries are machine pulped to remove the mucilage, then the coffee beans are left to ferment in tanks for one to two days. The coffee will then be rinsed and dried. This process gives the coffee a rich taste and vibrant, complex notes.
Our coffees come from a Maragogype variety: an Arabica variety that stands out for the giant size of its beans. These coffees are grown in well-chosen family plots with the aim of obtaining beans of a superior quality.
Harvesting is done by hand.
