"Full washed" treatment method.
After picking, the pulp of the berry is removed as well as the mucilage. The coffee beans are then left to ferment in vats for one or two days after which they are rinsed and dried. This process gives the coffee a rich taste, with vibrant and complex overtones.
Our coffees come from the "red bourbon" variety and are grown in well-chosen family plots whose goal is to obtain high quality beans.
The harvest is done by hand.
Traceability and control of cultivation methods is assured.
