"Natural" treatment method.

With the natural process, it is important that the coffee berries are picked when they are fully mature. They are then washed without removal of the pulp and spread directly on drying beds. During the drying process they are turned regularly and evenly dried.

The grain stays inside the berry so that it can ferment for 3 to 4 weeks.

This technique gives the coffee its exuberantly fruity aromas.

Our coffees come from the “red bourbon" variety. They are grown in well-chosen family plots whose goal is to obtain high quality beans.

The harvest is done by hand.

Traceability and control of cultivation methods is assured.

Roasting: Medium
